Absolute monarch renames Swaziland ‘eSwatini’

The king of Swaziland, Africaâs last absolute monarch, has changed the name of his country to the âKingdom of eSwatiniâ to mark the 50th anniversary of independence â and to avoid confusion with Switzerland.
